Well furnished and fully equipped. Except the shower outlet not powerful enough. Location is good and easy to find. Will highly recommend to friends about this hotel for sure.

もしレンタカーで旅をしていたら文句のないホテルでした。エドモントン?モールから歩くと意外と距离がありましたが、车があるなら全く良いホテルです。アメニティがないのが気になりました。

Hotel was good but we did not get the what we paid for. We booked 2 queen bed and when we checked in they said that room is not available now you can get only king bed with sofa bed which was not comfortable for us. They said there is no other choice so we had to take it .

.It is our 4th time to stay in Hyatt place . we enjoyed our stay. location is so good for those traveling with the car.

The hotel is in good location. Accessible to everything. the room was clean and its a big room.
The staff was so professional and front desk manager gave us a free breakfast. I forgot her name. So nice of her. Will definitely comeback!

设施：比较陈旧，11月的埃德蒙顿已经很凉了，室内空调最高只能开到26度，进房间的时候，室内温度只有18度，靠着空调烘整晚温度都上不来，最重要的是，空调口在屋檐上方对着门口吹，下方就是空调外机，往外吹冷风……声音震耳欲聋，像整晚都坐在飞机翅膀上一样，噪音真的太大了
服务：前台服务还好吧，不算热情也不算冷淡，由于太冷，要了两次被子，第一次给的是类似床单的小毯子（算不上毯子，像枕巾的材质），冷的受不了又要了一次，还是拿的毯子，服务员説因为他们没有多余的被子……
唯一觉得还可以的，就是有口热乎早餐吃
出行：酒店在西边，集中的酒店圈，离西茂很近，开车6分钟吧
